Full Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up from your hotel. Transfer to Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. Sunset kayak tour. Night in cabañas of deluxe camp ground inside the reserve.
Day 2: Travel to Punta Allen. Boat tour to Muyil Mayan ruins and river float. Free beach time. Night in cabañas on the beach at Punta Allen.
Day 3: Snorkel tour to reefs and lagoons. Transfer back to you hotel
Day 1
Sian-Kaan-Multi...Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and you will drive to Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. There is time to swim at a wonderful cenote at the entrance of the reserve. You will have some free time to have lunch and enjoy the spectacular beach upon arrival. At sunset, you will go a guided kayak tour along the mangroves and lagoons. The day comes to its end with a delicious dinner and after talk before you retreat to your tent cabins. The cabins have real beds and shared bathrooms.
Day 2
Arise to the sound of the ocean and tropical birds. Today you will transfer to Punta Allen along the coastal road of the reserve. Along the way you will go on a boat ride to visit the Mayan ruins of Muyil and enjoy a relaxing float in the ancient channels. At the visitor centre we will learn more about the reserve and witness amazing views from the watchtower. Upon arrival to Punta Allen there is time to explore the local village or relax on the beach. Punta Allen is a small fishing village on the southern tip of the sandbank peninsula that separates the reserve’s ocean from its lagoons. The night is spent in cabañas at the beach.
Day 3
Sian-Kaan-Multi...You will depart by boat to snorkel at the spectacular local reefs. With a little bit of luck you can see dolphins, turtles and manatees! After this snorkel adventure, you will drive back to your hotel in Tulum, the Riviera Maya or Cancun…
