Could somebody please recommend some hiking boots brands? I need them to be waterproof, comfortable, durable and all weather proof including snow. Thanks!

I have some Lowa boots myself, they last for years! I think I used to have REI boots, they were my favorite, but they wore out after using them every day for 2 years...

I recommend buying at Decathlon a French store with really good equipment and prices. I have purchased some really nice stuff with them; my last boots are made out of a waterproof fabric called GoreTec that let transpiration goes out and have great Vibrant soil. Take a look at this page with their hiking shoes.

Has anybody heard of the brand Aku??? I heard they are super good, but I am not really sure where can you buy them in America.
