• By using the Duende Adventure Community website and the Duende Adventure Community service, you agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions described in this section. If you do not read or accept any part of these terms, do not use this web site.
• Violating these terms and/or engaging in actions that may lead to damage for the Duende Adventure Community owners, members or third parties may lead to your membership being terminated and exclusion from this website in the future.
• These terms are applicable to all pages and areas of the site, publicly visible or otherwise.
• Member conduct Users under 18 years of age may not become a member of Duende Adventure Community. If you are under 18 years of age you must have parental consent to become a member of Duende Adventure Community.
• Members must not use Duende Adventure Community for commercial, illegal or unauthorized reasons or post defamatory, pornographic, unlawful, abusive or offensive content. This includes using the site to promote commercial interests, posting or sending unsolicited commercial messages ("spam").
• Members are responsible for their own profile page, must keep their password information confidential and must not transmit any worms, trojans or viruses.
• Members must not impersonate someone else or use the site to transmit unwanted material to other members of Duende Adventure Community Members agree that they may not upload content that they do not have permission to do so. This includes all photographs and wording which must not breach any copyright or intellectual property laws. In the event that photographs, videos or texts are submitted that are not the exclusive property of the member, the permission of the author must be obtained. Members or visitors to the site must not download or copy content from Duende Adventure Community to use for commercial purposes or any other use other than personal use.
• Members retain the right to terminate their own membership to Duende Adventure Community at any point, which can be done by sending a message through the contact form. Users of Duende Adventure Community should use caution when interacting with other members through all areas of the site.
• Users of Duende Adventure Community understand that any information, tips or advice offered by any other users or members through the site are not the view of Duende Adventure Community. The information provided is not necessarily correct and represents only one person's view.
• Users and members should use extreme caution when contacted by other users or members to meet in person or travel together. There is no guarantee that any of the information they provide is accurate or true.
• Duende Adventure Community strongly discourages users and/or members to meet up with other users and/or members alone or to meet in places and/or areas other than public ones with other friends, travellers and people nearby.

CONDITIONS

• Duende Adventure Community aims to provide a safe, informative and useful environment for its members and reserves the right to terminate the membership of members who do not abide by this.
• Duende Adventure Community also reserves the right to decline membership to users.
• Duende Adventure Community claims no ownership of the content you submit to the site but by doing so you grant and also confirm that you have the right to grant to Duende Adventure Community a transferable, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable right to use, reformat, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and also grant to Duende Adventure Community the right to use the member user name that you submit in connection with such content.

PRIVACY POLICY

• Duende Adventure Community collects personal data from members during the cess of registration. Duende Adventure Community will not pass this information to third parties for commercial reasons or divulge this to other members of Duende Adventure Community. Duende Adventure Community may however be forced to disclose this information to government or third parties under certain circumstances if required to do so by law or if third parties unlawfully intercept this information.
• Duende Adventure Community reserves the right to pass this information to third parties as part of the sale or transfer of the shares and/or assets of Duende Adventure Community.
• Content submitted to the site once you have become a member of Duende Adventure Community may be able to be able to be viewed by other members and visitors to the site, in accordance with the privacy settings that you have chosen.
• Members may receive messages through the site to their Duende Adventure Community inbox, in accordance with the privacy settings that have been chosen.
• Members may receive emails from Duende Adventure Community to their own personal email addresses but not from third parties.
• Duende Adventure Community may use a standard technology called "cookies". Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a user's hard drive and not on the Duende Adventure Community's website. Cookies allow users to log in without entering users' log in information each time users visit Duende Adventure Community. Users may not be able to fully use the Duende Adventure Community website if they disable cookies.
• Duende Adventure Community may also engage in affiliate marketing programs whereby if visitors to the Duende Adventure Community website can make a booking through one of the advertised links for third party travel service providers or through the booking services on the site, for which Duende Adventure Community receives a commission. Except as stated herein, none of the Copyrighted Material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including without limitation electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Duende Adventure Community. Duende Adventure Community and its logo, trademarks, service marks, content, and software ("Duende Adventure Community Trademarks") are property of Duende Adventure Community, Inc. and may not be copied or used in whole or in part without the prior written permission of Duende Adventure Community.

Duende Adventure Community grants you a limited, nonexclusive right and license to use the Site to make personal use only of the Site. This grant of license is conditioned on your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, and your refraining from portrayal of Duende Adventure Community or any of its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory or defamatory manner. This grant of license does not include any other rights, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise, including without limitation: a) resale or commercial use; b) collection and use of product listings or descriptions; c) derivative uses; d) data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extracting methods; e) framing or enclosing any Duende Adventure Community Trademarks or Copyrighted Material.

Furthermore, you may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" using a Duende Adventure Community Trademark without written consent of Duende Adventure Community. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Duende Adventure Community, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and lawyers' fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (1) your access to the Duende Adventure Community site, (2) the violation of these Terms of Service by you, or (3) the infringement by you, or any third party using your account or User ID or password, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
